Michelle established Smart with Steve in 2008 after they worked together at Christian Douglass and in their partnership, CD Wealthmanagement. An exceptionally accomplished organiser and communicator, Michelle is responsible for making sure that all the great ideas and plans turn into reality. Michelle is the main point of contact for our clients.

Michelle's background is in the chemicals industry. Having been selected as one of three graduate trainees by Shell (from over 4,000 applicants), she progressed to managing multi million pound accounts in Shell's chemicals company. After the relocation of Shell Chemicals to Rotterdam, Michelle took on senior account management positions with Albion Chemicals and latterly, Tennants Chemical Distribution.
